Hazardous Waste Roundup – March 9

Lowell Roundup Household Hazardous Waste – Saturday, March 9  – 9am-2pm at the Lowell Fire Station

Anything with a label such as DANGER, WARNING or CAUSTIC can become a pollutant to groundwater and streams.

BRING Cleaners, Paints & Solvents, Lawn & garden chemicals, Car care products, Prescription medication, Arts & Crafts products, other household hazardous waste. Limit to 35 gallons from each household. Keep products in original labeled container or label known items.

DON’T BRING – Asbestos, Drums, Electronics, Explosives, Infectious waste, Pressurized cylinders, Radioactive waste

Lowell Fire District Open House and Dinner – 4 TO 6 PM

JOIN THE FUN . . . . . The Lowell Fire District and the Lowell Volunteer Firefighters Associations once again invites members of the Lowell, Unity and Fall Creek Communities to an open house and turkey dinner 4 to 6 pm, Saturday, December 8th – 389 N Pioneer

FREE Holiday Family Dinner – Door Prizes. Enjoy a full turkey dinner with all the fixings. Activities include a tour of the station and demonstrations of the equipment, a coloring contest for the kids and DOOR PRIZES.

JOIN THE FUN . . . . . The Lowell Fire District and the Lowell Volunteer Firefighters Associations once again invites members of the Lowell, Unity and Fall Creek Communities to an open house and turkey dinner with the fix’ns from 4 to 6 pm, Saturday, December 9th at the District Main Station, 389 N. 4th Street in Lowell.

FREE Family Dinner – Door Prizes. Enjoy a turkey dinner and take a look at your fire station. Activities are planned for every age group. Tour the station and check out fire fighting and EMS equipment. Learn how you can prevent fires and prepare for emergencies in your home and community.
